Managing Director + Centre Manager
With an eye for detail and a flair for practical solutions, I reliably steer our centre through everyday life.
I am the Centre Manager of OFFICE + SERVICE, with many years of experience in the industry. I spent five years as a customer of Business Centre, gaining experience that now makes it easier for me to understand our customers’ needs and wishes. Ideally, before they even know them themselves.

Helpfulness, empathy and friendliness are what set me apart.
As authorised signatory and team leader, I am responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in our centre. This includes not only personnel planning and coordinating our service providers, but above all ensuring that, especially in the first few weeks with a new customer, processes are tailored to their ideas and requirements. I am also happy to assist you with any other concerns you may have. For me, the customer is still king, and I look forward to supporting you too.

With a smile on the phone, I am a friendly and competent contact person for your customers and business partners – and in the background, I ensure that your everyday office life runs smoothly, just as you want it to.

Together with my colleagues, I am responsible for telephone and customer service. I am happy to answer the phone for you and advise your customers, take their requests and forward them to you. I enjoy representing your company to the outside world. I always do my best to make your callers feel that their concerns are in good hands. And as the “creative” member of the team, I am happy to support you, for example, in designing flyers or invitations, with or without AI.

I have been supporting our team since 2021 with my friendly manner when answering your calls. It is important to me that your callers feel well taken care of and that their requests are handled quickly and professionally. My responsibilities also include welcoming your clients and assisting with the organisation within our Business Center. As your contact person for meetings, I am happy to offer advice and support.
