To ensure that your meetings run smoothly and your guests are well looked after, we can take care of the catering on request. Whether it’s coffee, refreshing drinks and small snacks during breaks or directly during the meeting, we will prepare everything.
For a successful conclusion or a longer meeting, we also offer business lunches.

Small conference room
Room for up to 6 people
- Price per hour: €25* (billed in 30-minute units)
- Half day (max. 5 hours): €70*
- Full day (max. 10 hours): €110*
Large conference room with foyer area
Room for up to 15 people
- Price per hour: €35* (billed in 30-minute units)
- Half day (max. 5 hours): €90*
- Full day (max. 10 hours): €150*
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. That’s why we offer fair and transparent cancellation conditions for the use of our conference rooms and technology:
- Up to 1 week before the reservation date: Cancellation free of charge
- Less than 5 days in advance: 40% of the booked services will be charged.
- Less than 2 days in advance: 70% of the booked services will be charged.Less than 24 hours in advance: the full amount (100%) will be charged.
These regulations allow us to offer you flexible planning while ensuring the availability of our premises for other enquiries.
We therefore recommend that you notify us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible.
