Our individual and team offices not only offer you a modern workplace, but also a comprehensive service that makes your everyday office life easier:
Fully furnished offices: Including telephone and fax connection, telephone. Additional workstations can be set up for €150/month. Additional furniture is available on request.
Reception service: Welcome your customers and business partners professionally – our reception team is there for you: Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday until 5 p.m.
All-inclusive utilities: Electricity, heating, air conditioning, cleaning and waste disposal are already included in the price.
High-performance internet: Fibre optic connection with up to 1,000 Mbit/s download and 500 Mbit/s upload (including fixed IP address).
Meeting rooms: Use our meeting rooms (max. 6 people) for up to 8 hours/month. You will receive a 30% discount for additional hours and larger rooms (conference room for up to 15 people).
Equipment included: Pictures and plants create a pleasant working atmosphere.
Hot drinks flat rate: €39 per person per month for coffee and tea or €49 for all hot drinks (including latte macchiato, cappuccino, etc.).
Parking spaces: Benefit from 20 parking spaces reserved for OFFICE + SERVICE directly on site
